GT500 Los
Hello all! I am a newbie to Fords and Shelbys all in the same time! I look forward to hanging around. I picked up a 2009 GT500 this past week and the only think I have done so far is get it washed. It already has suspension mods (KW Coilovers, BMR Goodies), Exhaust (Kooks Headers and Ford Racing Rear Exhaust), CAI (JLT), and a pulley. Car feels great. I am leaving TCS on until I get a good feel for the car. Carlos

msb64
Congrats on your new car, the 07 - 09 body style is sharp looking. Smart move on using the TCS until you get used to the car. Keep in mind though when you do turn the TCS off, with decent hp and street tires it can still come loose in 2nd or 3rd gear even on dry warm pavement. Make sure that you do your testing in wide open spaces, and resist the temptation to over-steer or to jump on the brakes too quickly.
