Black Sunshine
They even provided a VIN. Someone may have some legal recourse here.

whazen1
This is one of the many dealerships owned by Auto Nation. This is exactly how they do business in all their dealerships down here. The put leaders out there to get a bunch of people in and then they try to switch you. They usually say that the vehicle was sold and that was their only one qualifying. I went to Maroone in Ft.Lauderdale last month and the white w blue GT500 was on the floor. They wanted $69,000 for it. I was just feeling the guy out to see if he would deal (mine is in the garage) and he was an a-hole. Told me that it is going to be a Barrett Jackson car one day. I hope somebody nails them one day. Print the ad they have advertising the price. Go to the dealership and see if they have the car. Tell them you will take it. Don't show the ad yet! Just tell them to work up the offer to purchase sheet with a cash price. Then if they do you know the car is available and has not been sold. THEN after you get all that pull out there ad with the advertised price and tell them you will take it for that price! Then if they don't honor that, just tell them you will see them in court!!!! PS. Make sure there is nothing in the ad stating anything about price errors not being honored. If not, you should have a good case if you wanted to pursue it. LuckySnake
I hate dealers like this. What a bunch of Maroon's! I called and and they said it was sold, wouldn't tell me for how much. Said they have a red vert and could not provide a price for that either.
