Here are my dyno results from 5/5/07.

I'm a bit confused by the results, take a look and lemme know whatcha think.

That is odd, the hp and tq should cross at 5252rpm. That's way off. Also they start the pull at 31-3200? Thats pretty high. It should start at 2000.

I don't want to post mine in your thread but search around a look at the different ones.

Very strange, I would look for another shop with a Dynojet!!

That's exactly what I was thinking. They did say they were doing the pull from 3k to 6k.

I just can't figure any way to make the numbers cross where they do, and everything else work out right.

IDK, it's odd. I'm not sure about the AF either. 13:1 on a V8 is lean. I would think it would be on yours as well.

the reason they appear not to cross at 5252 is because the horsepower and torque have different scales on the right...and the a/f is fine for an n/a car.

The scales on the left/right are for HP/TQ, but the RPM is along the bottom. They most definitely cross at 4700 RPM, not 5252. If both hp/tq didn't chart off the same RPM line the graph would be meaningless.

The rule is HP = TQ at 5252. If the scales for hp/tq were equal, they'd cross at 5252. Since the scales are different, where they cross is irrelevant, but at 5252 rpm, HP is still equal to TQ (about 190 ea).

Ok, that finally made sense. Sorry dgussin for not following it when you said it. Sometimes I'm a bit thick in the head, lol.

Thanks guys! I'm glad to know that my numbers I got are good. Now to get a CAI and get over 200.

Thanks, Ruf.

I want to get it out in the country someplace and use my livewire to get an estimated 1/4 mile time. Maybe even take it to the local drag strip sometime.

And everyone at work knows when I arrive now... 5 level parking garage, they hear me the whole way up. And if I'm not careful, I set off car alarms on every floor.

:hysterical2: Yeah, Daddy! I love it.

Go over on the Shelby "Off Topic" threads and check out the videos that SCGT and I did yesterday.

The thread is "Exclusive Stangsunleashed Videos"

We did some drive-by's and an "interview"
