My dad was a Marine stationed on Ford Island during the attack, My family will never forget! I was stationed on Ford Island in 1968, onboard USS Kamehameha SSBN 642 and passed the Arizona Memorial every day.

Strange ,isn't it ,the the media doesn't give any recognition ( or at the least the recognition it deserves ) of this event - this should never be forgotten or swept under the rug .

To those who served and those who serve now - :salute: - Thank you !

A truly stirring and memorable speech by FDR, until the current democrats changed it. If you watch the video the last four words of FDR are "...so help us God." If you visit the WW II memorial in Washington DC FDR's speech is engraved in the memorial..........except for the last four words. Remember that if you ever consider voting democrat. They engage in revisionist history.
