that__seth__guy
Good to see the GT500 is still on top of things... a few commentators said that this is the most powerful mustang against a base model Corvette.. we all know what engine is in that Vette, and we all know that this is the base model GT500. Kinda wish the race featured the 1000 or Super Snake!!! ENJOY! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mwkQVY_1jpw
ViperNC
And now for something a little more objective: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=goMC6SDmDlQ Why are they even comparing these two vehicles in the first place? They are not in the same class. Muscle car vs. sports car. A more true comparison would be the GT 500 against the top of the line Camaro.
thewheelman
Apples and kumquats--no comparison between a sports car and a sporty car. I hesitate to call the GT 500 a muscle car because it's not true to the muscle car heritage. It's a pony car, always was, always will be. It's the car that defined that genre. Nothing else compares except another pony car. AND it's the only one with a 50 year history!
that__seth__guy
hehe my biggest "brick wall" argument when the Chevy guys talk trash about Ford is "so yeah, how was that government bailout y'all received?" they normally just shut up or get really angry. haha even back when Henry was running Ford back in the day with his Model T (DOMINATED THE MARKET FOR MANY YEARS) before he became senile and decided to re-think his plan and build a Model A and B... Chevrolet, Buick, Daimler-Benz and many other companies got their butts handed to them by Ford lol.
