mustang_keith
I have a 2008 Shelby GT500 that I am thinking about selling: The only bad part: In 2009 I did hit a deer with it, no major damage, but did have to repair front spoiler and fender. You cant see any signs or tell this. Now all the good stuff: Miles: 2800 Condition: Just like show room condition. Mods: 3.4 Chrome Whipple, and all the good stuff that comes with it. Wheels: have stock wheels and after market with Nittos, all look new 2.5" cowl hood. Just trying to see a ballpark price that you guys think i could get for it? cormy
$34,500 - $36,500..just my opinion from being in the market earlier this year looking for a 2008. Why are you selling it? Edited September 16, 2013 by cormy
Shelby73
Unfortunetly the 3.4 whipple will not get you much on the re-sale. You would be better off taking off and putting stock back on and selling it separate. Sucks I know but it is what it is. That being said I'm sure you'll have no problem finding a home for the whipple. Going rate for a car like yours with low miles aprox $34000-$36000 depending on area. PS. if you do end up taking the whipple off give me a shout maybe we can work out a deal. Thanks, Mark
ITHERTZ66
Many low mileage GT500s are for sale in my area - none of them are moving and prices are really good (low 30s). If you have accident damage and a non-stock hood, that is going to hurt your resale. Anyway you can get a stock hood put back on? Otherwise, I'm thinking $30K tops. There are tons of these for sale, so it's all about supply and demand.
Imatk
I imagine you'll get more by de-modding it and selling it stock. If you find the "right" buyer then maybe you can get more, but otherwise I'd say 31-34k
al ellison
Try Carmax; they will usually offer a fair price and give you a barometer. GLWS.
