arispoli
I have a 2008 SGT and I am looking at adding the Ford Racing intake and hot rod cams. Will the new intake work with the strut tower brace on my SGT? If not is the another brace that will work with the new intake and fit under the stock SGT hood? Thanks. 2007_Shelby_GT
I don't think the stock brace will clear, but the V6/Bullitt brace will and will fit under the hood! Sam
07SGT
FRPP lists on the ad for the intake it will not clear the strut tower brace. And it is even close on hood clearance but will clear the stock hood.
TNTchris
Has anyone found a brace to fit under the stock 07 SGT hood with a Whipple SC? Thanks Chris

Have had this set up with BBR adjustable motor mounts at lowest setting 1/4" and currently have it with BMR 1/2" drop K member But be ware you will get awful close to steering shaft if you have LT's Andrew

arispoli
Thanks for everyone's replies. I think I will try the V6 strut brace option. I heard that it works but I was hoping to find someone that already did it.
