What's different in 2013-14 821A Code suspension and M-FR3-MSVTA from Ford Racing?

As some of you know I have been contemplating trading in or selling my 2008 GT500 for a 2013. I have the M-FR3-MSVTA Ford Racing suspension on my 2008 and now I am wondering what is the difference between it and the 821A Code suspension in the 2013 and 14 GT500s? Ford Racing offers it as an option for the '13s and '14s. Which one is better (I know loaded question)? And of course, why?
