Alloy Dave
I've been toying with taking a class, but no decision so far. I found a school that uses Mustangs that I thought I'd share. They use modified GTs with 340 HP and 4:10 rear gears. Check out Miller Motorsports in Tooele, UT. It's near Salt Lake City. I've never been to that area...wondering if we could take a vacation there and spend one day at the school....anyone know what the area is like? http://www.millermotorsportspark.com/ Dave

Hit Man
I saw something about Miller Motors dirving school a while back. Will proberbly go within the year. Since they use those set up Mustangs, it sounds like a perfect way to learn some advanced driving skills - especially in a Mustang based car. Sounds like the perfect vacation gift to oneself. Isn't ROBYN from those parts of Utah.

All you have to do is just bring your shelby over and old shelbydude will take you out in your car and give you all the driving lessons you want and will be FREE!!! Couldn't help laughing at the thought...probably what came across Shelby Dude's mind...but I think the three day package would be a great way to learn under their highest performance model so that I could possibly do something similar close to home with my own car, especially if I opt for the SS mod. HotLap
Dave, actually not a bad idea...I have been driving for years and consider myself a good driver - but would be interested in learning some advanced technique - especially with the GT500 coming.....keep us posted on your progress. thx :beerchug: Might be fun to find a school where you can drive your own car...fun to really see what it can do under controlled conditions! You CAN use your own car at this school...the prices are cut in about 1/2 when you do so. HOwever, I'm not driving my car 2,000 miles just to learn how to drive.
