stngfever
Main body wiring harness, dash with wiring, and SJB, all installed from Crash. Initial fire up occurred last weekend, however, I couldn't get it passed 3 DTC error codes, one of which is a forced idle condition essentially disabling the ETC (Electronic Throttle Control, a.k.a. gas pedal). Spent the past week troubleshooting and trying different parts etc.... Thanks to Kevin (Albino500) for all the assistance this past week, proved invaluable! Solved the issue by swapping out Hurricane's Engine harness with M/T harness from Crash.
stngfever
In order to fire up the car using the A/T Engine harness, a temp jumper wire was used on the A/T connector. Today modified A/T Harness to work properly with M/T.

stngfever
Last week ordered tunes from BAMA. Arrived on Friday, installed and performed a test drive up the road (first time Hurricane moved under its own power since Sandy hit in October 2012) CEL and wrench lights on. More troubleshooting found a loose fuse. Fixed that tonight with a successful run up the road. Looks like Hurricane will make a track debut shakedown on 8/16! Kevin Patten
What's with the stereo speakers in the rear shelf and the horns? Are you expecting to have to use them on the track? I'm glad that there's a chair in the garage where I can sit down and supervise the workers.
GT500-2007
Car looks great but not digging the creature comforts in the shop. How about a nice couch so we can all come over and supervise.....a single chair and stool does not appear very inviting nor does it look too comfy.....
