mrfarmdog
I recently started throwing this code (DTC P050E - Cold Start Engine Exhaust Temperature Too Low) with no mod changes in years. 30k miles on the car. Still runs strong but pops the code every few days. For those that don't know me I have an 07 with rebuilt motor bored 30 over. KB 2.8 with IW 10% pulley, 72 lb injectors, ford GT cams, American racing long tubes and of road X. Any info would be great.
54First
Just a guess. The O2 sensors have heaters in them to bring them up to operating temperature quickly. So, maybe a bad heater. Steve

54First
My prior guess is wrong. Go here: http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=10&viewfile=Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Charts and Descriptions.pdf The whole prior string is the link but it doesn't copy properly. Then scroll to the trouble code. It's an intake or exhaust restriction, a vacuum leak, or a few other things. Good luck, Steve
