yoggiebhr
I thought it'd be fun to see what people have done with their old parts. Now that I'm in the middle of the stripe painting and hood replacing, here was my answer to what to do with my old hood:
SGT0128
Like it. My wife would kill me for hanging that up anywhere except for the garage.
roblectric
I am thinking of hanging my hood from the ceiling of the garage.

VNMSNK
Nice! I decided that when I am cleared to spend again, the hood will be my next must have part. The summer sale interrupted my plans and forced my hand on a few things I had intended to do later, But I digress...I am thinking I will re-purpose my old hood pins with the lanyards on a mounting board of some type and hang the hood from the pins. Since I bought the GT-H with the intent of passing it to my youngest son, maybe it will decorate his bedroom along with many other interesting parts I can't seem to let go of. Doug_GT350
I use my old parts as a conversation starter..... I put them in the basement and the wife keeps asking.... "what are these things, why are you keeping them, can't you just sell them?"
yoggiebhr
My parts keeps piling up too, but I'm not getting rid of any of them. Once I have the car back, I'll have the original grill surround, grill and pony. I think that will go on the wall of my home office.
