ViperNC Posted April 12, 2013 Report Share Posted April 12, 2013 Coming from the rear suspension and I'm thinking it may have something to do with the rear spring mounts? I checked all my bushings for the sway bar, LCA's and made sure everything was torqued properly on these + the watts link. When the car is under 20 mph and more so on deceleration, I keep hearing a squeak. Pushed down on the rear of the car a couple of times in the garage and heard it as well. msb64 Posted April 12, 2013 Report Share Posted April 12, 2013 I was thinking the same thing. I use Prothane super grease and it seems to be working well out back. msb64 Posted April 13, 2013 Report Share Posted April 13, 2013 If you can get the back end up on ramps, jack stands or some other similar safe method, crawl under the car and get someone to lightly bounce the back end. If you have trouble pinpointing the location just by ear alone, get yourself a mechanics stethescope.
