DSR
Does anyone know a way to lift the car safely and high enough to change the trans fluid and filter? The front air dam will not allow tall enough ramps under it. Thanks

JT93
+1 on the race ramps or a knock off. I got a set from my local auto zone (Rhino ramps, I think) for like 40 bucks.
Dans07SGT
I have a pair of Rhino ramps but I still have to put down a pair of 2x4x10" blocks in front of each ramp for the air dam to clear the ramp. Easy enough. They really just barely raise it enough to work under though.
07SGT
Low profile jack and jack stands. That way it will also be level.
Steve.Madrid
As a cheap alternative, I took a 2" x 10' wide x 12' long board and cut it to 2 each 24 inch sections, then 2 each 18 inch sections and then 2 each 10 inch sections and tiered them. I fastened them together with 3 inch wood screws and used the left over wood to make a stop at the thick end which sticks up about 3 inches above the top of the 10 inch sections. not fancy but I can position it in front of each tire and as I go up each section there is no issue with contact of the airdam. I can then easily get a floor jack under the car. Hope that helps.
HARALD KELLEY
Made the 2x6 ramps also and used them for several years. Draw back, they are very heavy. Finally bought two piece Race Ramps. Best buy. Good luck
