Jack and Carroll were GOOD friends, have similar backgrounds, both vets and pilots, both established racing careers, and both innovators for Ford and the Mustang. I respect Jack because he is still out there, RACING his products. Roush hasnt lost sight of WHERE you continue to BUILD a legacy and a brand. Not only that but most of those Ford Racing Performance Products that Shelby puts on their cars are for all intents and purposes, Jack Roush (designed and/or built) products.
