JeffJ
Interesting story just came out. The top two cars with the shortest life cycle on a dealer lot are the Shelby GT500 and the Hybrid Fusion. I'm a bit surprised by that: http://autos.yahoo.com/news/10-hardest-cars-to-find-for-2013-011339418.html

Freak
Doesn't suprise me at all. I suspect the sales of both cars include a high percentage of customer orders which probably only stay on the lot for a day or two.
Secondo
Congrats to Ford!
ilmor
Might help the stats that their are seldom any of these on the lot!
Wayne in NJ
Unless I'm mistaken, which won't be the first OR last time): the hybrid Fusion isn't THAT much more than the non-hybrid, (unlike most other H vs non-H). That may be why they are selling well. (We bought a 4 cylinder '12, cuz the wife HATES the new Fusion look...but at 40 MPG, at least she could try to get used to it).... Don Johnston
Note to dealers with high markup pricing (or anything above MSRP), this shows how fast you can move inventory. Obviously this survey did not include the Ford cealers in my area.
James Harman
Or my area, one 2013 GT500 sitting at Fairway ford for over a month now, has an ADM
Don Johnston
Look at how many dealers still have 2012 GT500 models and some hybrids on the lot that still have $5000+ dealer markups. crazy. Even the Focus ST toys are being held hostage by the saels departments.
