Put in for the time off If the boss says yes I'll be there. This will be my first run and its my 46th birthday that weekend.

Bought our Bash tickets, (taking my son Alex this time, my Granddaughter Brooke wasn't too happy with that), we will stay at the Agua Caliente, not sure how late we will get there so said no to the reception and YES to the run into Vegas. Team Shelby # 7405 Arthur Shor

Booked my Bash Tix and reservations at Auga Caliente today. Definitely want to take part in the Run, as well. Just me for now.

 

Bought our Bash tickets, (taking my son Alex this time, my Granddaughter Brooke wasn't too happy with that), we will stay at the Agua Caliente, not sure how late we will get there so said no to the reception and YES to the run into Vegas. Team Shelby # 7405 Arthur Shor

This will be my father's and my first Bash! I am so excited to meet everyone. Gonna try and make it too the resort, definitely wont miss the run to vegas though. I'm gonna flying back from work on the 20th so I'm gonna be cutting it close; basically jump of the plane, into the shelby, and haul ass down to SoCAL!

I'm in for 2! My bride to be and I will be flying into Vegas and picking up my SS from SA. We then plan to "test drive" it on our way to Palm Springs. What time do the festivities begin at the resort? Man I'm pumped, can't wait to meet some fellow Shelby nuts!

This was the year that I was going to go but I have a couple reasons to back out. First, a lousy business trip to France got in the way. C'est dommage. Second, my wife made plans to go to the Philippines in June, which will cost $5K or so. That put a dent in the wallet so I am looking to cut some spending elsewhere, like this Bash. I guess it is going to have to be next year. I will be missing all the fun and I was hoping so much to try out my new brake set up too.

The Norcal group is targeting to reach the hotel by 3:00PM or so. We will post the details as far as registration and the get together as soon as we have them finalized.

 

Stay tuned, it will not be long now.

REMINDER......

 

The cut off date to book a room for the Shelby Run is approaching fast -

 

The $129.00 rate at the Michelin four star Aqua Caliente is only good for rooms booked by 2/20. After that date, the rate is $330.00

Yes. We are staying at South Point. There is a Team Shelby discount code. Sharon one of the moderators I believe posted the Team Shelby Code for the discount.

Breaking news.... we have been approached by a Shelby licensee located in Palm Springs (near the hotel) to sponsor our reception Wednesday night.

 

I will post up the details once they have been finalized.

Yes, we have roped off Shelby only parking area that is patrolled by hotel security.

 

No issues in past years what so ever.

First timer question...on Friday...are there options? Can you do the Poker Run and the Track or do you have to pick one or the other?

 

 

Last year I did the poker run then the track. This year I'm skipping the poker run!
