mark.barton
I happened to be perusing the website of one of the local Ford dealers here in Kansas and I ran across this beauty. It is a 2013 GT350 and here is part of the description: Here is your chance to own a piece of history! You are looking at the actual debut car Shelby used to display the new 2013 model, as well as the Shelby used at the Barrett Jackson auction commemorating the life of Carroll Shelby! And a link: http://www.lmford.co...F4D5226972.aspx Too rich for my blood, but I thought Team Shelby members would enjoy seeing it. mark.barton
I thought the first 2013 GT350 was Gotta Have it Green. They call this a "debut car". 2010KonaBlueGT
I thought the first 2013 GT350 was Gotta Have it Green. Hmmmm. I have the same memory. Maybe that car (the GHIG GT350) was the Prototype (P) or Concept © car though. Phill
shelbymotorsports
I thought the first 2013 GT350 was Gotta Have it Green. Correct. CSM 133500001P is GHIG. Steve

2010KonaBlueGT
Not sure as there were several 2013 350's built before this car. Steve I saw it was numbered 29 and didn't think they'd designate a "debut car" with a number that high. Regardless of build sequence. The BJ cars that sell for tons more than standard cars are all low numbered cars and again, regardless of actual build sequence. I think this dealer is probably FOS. David Hawkins
I have to call BS on this one as this is only the second one in this Color Combo that I have seen, unles it is the same one I saw on Ebay a while back. Wouldn't B-J use a more Flashy Color Combo, and a Convertible?

Phill You maybe right Phil, although this is a pretty reputable dealer who has been selling Shelbys for a while. I would hope that they have some sort of documentation to back up their claim. frydguy79
it WAS THEIR DEBUT CAR.... they just signed up to be a SHELBY DEALER.....
mark.barton
it WAS THEIR DEBUT CAR.... they just signed up to be a SHELBY DEALER..... Did they really? I thought they had been a Shelby dealer for quite awhile. Just for the sake of argument, they do state that "You are looking at the actual debut car Shelby used to display the new 2013 model" and then the whole B-J thing. You don't think a car dealer would lie to us now do you? Mark PS. Sorry, I couldn't help myself Mr. Fry.........

Don Johnston
Someone should get the story verified by the staff at SA and then respond to the dealer about the wording of the ad.

This GT350 was on display by SAI at the Las Vegas Barrett-Jackson event last September. Steve
