svt13
Do you mean uploading to your own photo gallery OR to a post? I want to upload to my own photo gallery so then I can post it in the threads. When I try to upload to my own gallery it freezes then sends me to another page where it says error this is what I get Fatal error: Call to undefined method IPSLib::safeUnserialize() in /home/staff/public_html/forums/vienna/applications_addon/ips/gallery/sources/classes/gallery/upload.php on line 1830

I can better look into this now.

robertlane
We're convinced that there's a bug in the software. We are addressing this with the software provider.

robertlane
Actually its the whole photo gallery. When I click on the recent photo gallery pictures on the home page it gives the same error. Working on it. It goes without saying that there's bad code somewhere from the manufacturer. Husky44
Not the same problem, but you might want to look at the reply box in IE9 and IE 10 (Windows 8). It doesn't work right. "Enter" doesn't work, none of the buttons up top work. I raised this issue before and was told that IE 10 wasn't out yet, so they weren't going to try to make it work on a beta system. It's out now. I've also been told to switch to Firefox. I use Firefox on my older machines, but on my Windows 8 machine, it makes more sense to use IE10. Can you please look into this? I've been having that problem too. Along with running so slow.... it's like ya put a Chevette motor in it!! I've resorted to spending a lot less time on here lately... it's just too much of a pain..... EDIT.... this reply took about two minutes to load.... unreasonable! David Hawkins
Why is This Forum the only site I visit that is super slow. I use 3 different Computers a Day and it is slow on all 3. I have done Virus Scans many times and they have come back clean.
Husky44
Resurrecting this thread, because this forum has more bugs in it than any other one I frequent (4 other car forums on a daily basis). 1) Can't use comment box at all in IE10. 2) Can only get the return key to work in IE9 when I toggle the editing mode in the upper left. 3) My office has blocked it as having some sort of virus (fairly significant corporate IT department, which doesn't have overly restrictive controls, and has no issues with any of my other car forums). Not sure which software package you're using, but it's really got issues that make it rather frustrating to use. Is there ANY way to get Team Shelby to look into addressing these? robertlane
The same software is used by thousands of sites - we do know that the server we're on is getting old and close to capacity. We are migrating to a new version soon as well, too.

We are migrating to a new version soon as well, too. So I'd encourage you to talk to your supplier, because the issues I've described are not related to server capacity. Can you give me an example of another site that uses it? I'd be happy to try to determine if the problems I'm experiencing follow the software.
