Grabber
You are wasting your time if you are trying to work a lemon law claim on a 5 year old car. Not many people on here had any luck getting repairs done after the 3 year warranty was up....but what the heck do I know about this. lol
seeyea
I though most people had this repaired every time I spoke to owners most said they had this done.I was reading your post on this topic and you were advising what to say and what was needed I though this was a problem that FORD wont recognise and wont fix unless you complained. If I can't get anywhere what am I looking at to fix this problem. thanks Richie G
jnf
Need to bite the bullet and get either the 2010+ Ford set up, or the Spec or McCleod clutch. Look through all of the posts here. Good reviews on all 3 clutches. Follow Grabber's posts as they will direct you with a FULL list of parts required. And if you are not doing the work yourself, make sure you have a very good shop working on it. Good luck.

Your car is 6 model years old now. I gave you the thread with the parts list if you end up having to pay for it yourself and get the 2010 set up. It cost me 1,438 bucks to get my 2007 done because I was in the same boat as you were. However they covered my wifes GT500 because it was just barely under 3 years old. They told me if you want to get this done, lets do it in the next 2 weeks before the warranty is up....so I did. They said they could get it approved as long as it was under the 3 years. Here's the link for you to order your parts: http://www.teamshelby.com/forums/index.php/topic/76365-clutch-drag-tsb-4th-revision-143818-if-you-have-to-pay-for-it/

rdrawkit
My TSB was done at 27000kms...Could not go into any gear except when the car was turned off...They took pictures and then replaced all with a 2010 setup...now at 49000kms still runs like new.......Good luck...PS...Try and get the dealer to pay for the parts and you the labour cost....May work....
