Tikigrill
I have never owned a car that has put out so much brake dust so quickly!!! And these wheels being fairly tedious to clean is driving me crazy. Any thoughts? Is anybody running aftermarket pads that put out less dust but don't sacrifice performance? jerseygator
I switched to Autozone's Duralast Gold CMax front and back and love 'em! Hardly a speck of dust after several days of long driving... http://www.autozone.com/autozone/parts/_/N-5yc1s?itemIdentifier=60145
Snoopy49
According to AutoZone, they don't fit a 2013 GT500.

Snoopy49
I wonder if the 2013 GT500 uses the same brake pads as the 2012-13 Camaro ZL1?
gearhead09
Just put the pads on my 09, literally today. I just got done bedding them and doing some hard braking I got a light coat of brake dust. That was after over 30 bedding processes. My old pads I would drive for about 20 minutes making 15 easy slow stops and get as much brake dust as i just did. Needless to say they are good for less brake dust. Sucks they dont fit on 2013 maybe eventually theyll come out with it.
Madlock
The '13 has larger front calipers and rotor. Rather than pads (which can negatively impact braking), you may find ArmorAll's Wheel Protectant can make a huge difference in how much dust accumulates and how easily it comes off. John Canfield
I was going to add the same thing. My new ads on the Mach dust up lik emad, and I just started using the Armorall wheel protectant. I can' beleive how well it works!
txcobra
Rear rotors are larger too. I've had some of that armor all wheel protectant for a while but never tried it. I think I will!

Tikigrill
Madlock thanks for the idea. I hadn't thought about handling it from that direction. I'll definitely check it out.

You made me check it out. After a little net surfing I ordered 3 cans from Amazon. Thanks for the tip. I always have this problem with my Saleen too.
