Big Thanks to Jer Gervasi

After literally years of waiting, I finally have in my possession a Shelby GT brake duct system!!

For this I thank both my wonderful wife, who ordered it for my birthday, and Jer Gervasi, who went through extra efforts behind the scenes to make it happen.

For some background, when I first bought the SGT there were brake duct systems available, however they were discontinued before I was ready to buy one. I came close on several occasions on buying non-Shelby, but I really wanted a Shelby system. Finally it was announced that SPP was working on developing a new and improved system, and this took a long time to become available, and when it was, I waited to the July 4th sale, and while it was not on sale, I learned that it was also sold out! After this, Jer became involved with SPP. The systems became available again, and not only did he message me but he also emailed and even called me so I could order one of two available...but, pokey me, I just missed that window, so Jer said he would let me know again as soon as one was available. Then comes my birthday and my wife orders one for me! She of course does not know of the unavailablity. I message Jer, and find out that he has gone through the extra effort of getting the parts from here and there to put together a system and ship it to me.

That, my friends, is first-class service.

SPP has done very well for itself in bringing on Jer as its Vice President!!

I agree 200% !!!!!!

Since Jer came on board, I have noticed more items in stock and faster turnaround times on orders. It would appear that SPP is really headed in the right direction!

Great story. SPP did well bringing Jer on board.

Guys,

There is a full staff over here that make it possible.

Let's use these brake ducts as an example:

1. Joe Waldek bought the missing parts for me.

2. Derek Pittsenbarger found the few OTHER elusive parts I was missing.

3. Our pre-assembly guy Kenneth put it together.

4. Frederick taught Ken how to do it!

5. Josh Davis coordinated the timing, inventory control, and shipping.

6. Jonathan Eck made sure the online system filled the order.

It ain't easy! But these people are focused and ready to rock. I will share your kudos with them.

Jer
