Made 3 passes turns out the 1st one was the best 60'.....1.996 330'....5.261 1/8......7.896 mph......96.11 1000'...10.137 1/4.......12.024 MPH.....119.89 I do spend a lot of time at the track with my 95 mustang but it has a C4 with a trans brake and dead hooks every time with 60' in the 1.30-1.39 range. So driving a stick shift car down the strip is new to me. But i hope to brake into the 11's on the stock goodyears next weekend. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is a lot of time left in my shifting i will run high 11 on stock Goodyear that was my 1st pass. that pass was 2500 rpm soomth letting out the clutch , next run was 2500 dump the car boged but still went 1.99. last run was 3000 dump and spin city. So it seems the 3rd to 4th shift if hurting my mph some Do you finish in 3rd? or do you make the 3-4 shift Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mach1fever Posted April 24, 2007 Report Share Posted April 24, 2007 In my mach I was running through the traps in the top of third at 6250 through the traps. Those 3.73's are going to make you shift into fourth where you will definately lose mph, even speed shifting. Thanks On the stock pulley run I believe I was running the factory tires. On the Pulley pass I was running my 19x11 CCW's with 295/35 bfg kdw2's (not drag radials).
