I've seen Ford use that term several times with the Boss cars. Best suggestion I have is to call Ford's SVT Hotline first thing Monday morning and ask them what the hold up is.

Thanks, for the reply Steve. I will call them tomarrow morning. Yeah, Im only at the 7 week mark. But my car went from a "material hold" as of July 7th to a "commodity hold" as of a week and half ago; so im just considered, especially with all the horror stories on here about delayed production times. Thanks again will keep ya posted...

It's a wheel supplier issue. Not a safety concern or anything like that.
