Take 8+ pounds of the front of your car while maintaining the sway bar with this Tubular Radiator Support bar. When racing your Mustang or Shelby bringing the weight down off the front end will help tremendously whether your trying to transfer weight to the rear end during take-off at the drag strip or diving into the corner at your local road race track. Shelby American offers the tubular radiator support without the sway bar mounts for the drag racers trying to eliminate as much weight as possible, however for a car that see's street and track duty you will need the sway bar. This radiator support will drop the weight while not compromising the streetablility of the car by retaining the sway bar.

Manufactured from heavy duty 1-5/8” diameter DOM tubing and 1/4” laser cut mounting plates for OE comparable strength with race comparable weight. The radiator support bolts in using the OE mounting hardware and provides heavy duty mounts for your front sway bar as well as the new 2011+ front chassis brace.

For maximum weight loss off the front end use this in conjunction with the Shelby K-Member available here as well as the front lower a-arms available here.

Applications:

2005-2012 Mustang

2007-2012 Shelby GT500

New Product Release:
