As soon as we open up to custom colors, we make one part number into SEVERAL part numbers, and it becomes WAY harder to manage.

When faced with an item that people need special colors for, we offer it as a "raw" version, and cut the price significantly, plenty enough to allow customers to get it painted or powdercoated locally EXACTLY the way they want it. And we include the decal in the box for the finishing touch.

I'm not saying we'll NEVER do it, but right now there are WAY too many projects to manage, and I'm trying to accomodate while keeping efficiencies up.

OK you win but do you have a powdercoater locally that we can use ??

Only if you move to Las Vegas.

Is it that hard for you to order the raw version and have it painted like everyone else that wants a different color?

Jer,

Any thoughts on my post (#91) regarding clearance if a G-Trac brace is installed?

Thanks

Larry

I'll try to get a look under my car this weekend and gain some insight for you.

I didn't know if you ever had a chance to check on my earlier fitment question

If it helps I took some measurements today:

~1" from the G-Trac brace to the mounting point for the trans cooler (where the Ford brace mounts)

~1 1/2" from rear of the bellhousing cover to the rear side of the G-Trac brace

You could always send me the trans cooler then I could report back on fitment with the Steeda G-Trac brace installed

Thanks

Larry
