I've been running them for about two years for my road racing events held thru NASA. I run them on GT500 rims and use a 285 in back and 275 in front. They stick pretty good on the track and you get good feedback if they are going to let loose too. No complaints that I can think of. I buy them thru tirerack.com.

Nice to hear - currently I'm running Nitto 555 Extremes, but I figure they'll need replacing eventually, (especially if I make it up to Atlanta Motorsports Park in August!).

Really interesting tread design:

Up until the new tires I got last week, I had been running the KDW2s for years. I went through two sets of them on my Stang. I really liked them a lot, both in the way they handled, and how they looked. I can't fault them at all, and I'm sure you will be as pleased as I was. I was a little bummed at how they quit making them in the 285/40/18s size though.

I've also had them on for a few years. I really like them. When new, they stick very well for our cars (especially SC'd SGT's). They do fade away after the "new" is worn off, but even now my car is limited by my skills and not my "old" KDW's. They get kinda noisy as they get older too. I would definitely buy them again!

Has anyone tried the new BFG G-Force Sport Comp-2 tires yet? Feedback? Looks like the only drawback is a 275/40 is the widest tire available in an 18" and a 285/35 in a 19"....? Maybe traction is so good you don't need a wider tire...?

Thanks!
