Ash1977
I am thinking about trading in my 2011 Shelby for a 2013 black Boss 302 Laguna Seca. I love the way the Boss LS looks and they are hard to find. I found a dealer who will sell me one for MSRP. I got such a great deal on my Shelby, I will only lose a few thousand by trading it in and I've had it for two years. Any thoughts on the trade. My Shelby is a non SVT pp and has the shaker 1000 in it. I've had a few problems with the fit and finish on it(panels not on right, trunk nof flushed, bumper not flushed right), but everything's good how. devious_stang
depends on how you want to use it: one is more useful on the track, NA and rev happy...the other is more refined, straight line beast and supercharged if I could own both I would

mach 1 1970
Boss!!!! I had a 2011 GT500 the Boss is more fun around town. If you drive flat out all the time then the GT500. Engine sound with side pipes and red key make it pure fun @ half throttle. Driving a track car on the road is why it's just a ball to go to publix in. rc51driver
Yup the Laguna Seca is hard to find and has a ton of cool stuff on it, and as an out of the box "track car", pretty sweet........BUT...you can get any car to handle well on the track and if you are only driving your car, iregardless of which one it is at 60 or 70 percent....then you're chasing your tail. I've got a 2012 GT 500 and just spent this last weekend at the track on a pre NASA setup day. I've put coil overs on her and softer spring and stiffer shock on the rear, brake cooling ducts, different brake rotors and that's it. Now there were quite a few BOSS 302's out there, and a couple of Lagunas, and we are all pretty shit hot drivers and I can honestly tell you...not ONE Boss 302 passed me. I pulled them so hard off the starting line that they just couldn't catch up after that...and the GT 500 with how I had it set up had them scratching their heads. So if your want gland says Boss..buy it becasue you want it. There will always be someone in a car that isn't supposed to handle hand your ass to you. Just a thought.
