ilmor
I doubt that's a seat that can be filled.
David Hawkins
I think it might be a team effert now.
Jon Mopar
I'M IN CHARGE...... pfffft, I wish. Those are shoes that nobody could fill. I agree that it will likely be a team effort. Shelby's wife will likely be more involved with the Foundation side of things.
CSSHELBYKID
I believe that all cars and other control went to the Shelby foundation.
robertlane
Actually, even under Amy, there was a plan for how SA would continue to operate after Carroll Shelby's death. The foundation and SA are separate entities that work together.
2010KonaBlueGT
I believe that all cars and other control went to the Shelby foundation. He has a WIFE. Unless he willed his Estate to his kids or something like that, Cleo would be his next of kin. Not sure what state he claimed as his primary residence and if it is a Commnuity Property State or not, but that might make a difference. @ Robert Lane: Is there a succesor to the Presidents position at Shelby American? IIRC, John Luft was CEO and Carroll Shelby was the President. As a Corporation, I *assume* Shelby's position would be filled by the VP? When Dale Earnhardt passed away everyone in the world thought Dale Earnhardt Jr. was the Heir to his Estate...they forgot all about Theresa Earnhardt, his WIFE and next of kin. I'm kind of ASSUMING the same with Carroll & Cleo Shelby... Phill
twobjshelbys
I believe the honor goes to Joe Conway. Joe is president of Carroll Shelby International. All of the other operating entities, e.g., Shelby American, are subsidiaries (logically if not technically) of CSI.
