DoubleX
Does anyone know how to remove the lower grille from an '08? There are several tabs and none of them seem to want to let go without a lot of prying. I just don't want to damage the bumper cover (of course). I've seen a few threads where people mention it's a pain, but no suggestions as to how to do it. My bumper cover is already off the car, so that step is done

My bumper cover is already off the car, so that step is done I pulled mine to make it easier to install the Shelby KR brake bezels. It took some courage to bend the first keeper out far enough to release the catch on the tab but after the first one, it was easy. The front facia is a very soft rubber like material and the keepers bend back without breaking. Pry the keeper back, release the catch on the grille tab, stick something behind it so it won't pop back in (I used a couple of screwdrivers) and work your way around the grille. To put it back in, you just pop each tab back in. I wouldn't try it with the facia on the car, I needed it to be on a bench so you're already half-way there.
