In fact, I ordered few t-shirt, some center caps for my SVT wheel, and the BBQ shelby kit. As I am from Canada, the order process is different: I must use and ill the form, and send it through email or fax directly to the store. At first, I sent it by email, and never received any confirmation or answer.....nothing ! I then decided to fax it, together with a letter explaining that I already sent my order through email, but since I never received any answer, I decided to give the fax a try. Anyone here had the same problem ? The first order I sent through email was monday last week, and the fax last friday. There's still nothing on my credit card bill.... Any idea what'S wrong ? I've never had to do anything like this and I'm in Canada as well. I just go on-line, place the order , enter the credit card info and it's done. I've never had to fax or e-mail anything separate.
