Help Needed BAD on hand signed Dash Plaque Certificate of Authenticity. Replacement?(Mods or Employees help?)

I ordered a Carrol Shelby authentic hand signed dash plaque and recieved it last year, but I need a replacement Certificate of Authenticity.

If I have a record of my purchace from Shelby American Inc. can I get one?

 

I DESPERATELY need one!
