SHELBYCS6
Couldn't believe my eyes this afternoon what I spied at a dealership along the QEW...I took the next exit and turned around. Sure enough a complete, to the letter a 2007, Vista blue, Turn 1 CS8. Went in and talked to a salesman and apparently the car was bought at an auction in Florida from a business that went under and this was one of many vehicles sold off. The guy advised me they were told there was around 80K invested in this car to which I was surprised at as it was only a turn 1 vehicle. I then indicated I had the CS6 turn II car but I told him mine was supercharged and that's what designated the turn II package so I didn't think this one was that much to complete. He brought me out to the vehicle and opened everything up and under the hood was a whipple s/c and some bling things, there is a major custom stereo with a huge subwoofer in the trunk c/w nav , Nitto tires, Carroll Shelby floor and trunk mats and the car only has 7000 km on the clock...it is like brand new. They have this listed for $39,900.00 but they are thinking it is listed too low and will probably up the price when it hits E-bay. http://www.multiline.ca/instock/ This is a great buy for a CS enthusiast and without checking any history looks like a pristine vehicle. If anyone would like any additional information I'd be happy to check the vehicle out in detail.
HARALD KELLEY
Looks nice. Maybe someone from Shelby can chime in on the history or build.
UK PONY
Looks great - shame I don't have $40k knocking around to buy a friend for my Turn2 vert.

Great looking car but its not a Shelby build so we wouldn't have any build info on it. Steve
SHELBYCS6
Great looking car but its not a Shelby build so we wouldn't have any build info on it. Steve It has a plaque under the hood from a Shelby mod shop in Florida with 006 serial code not that it means much. It might be registered with SAI but I don't have the VIN

Again great looking car but if the seller is trying to pass it off as being built by Shelby along with a Shelby sequence number, well thats just wrong. Steve They do realize there is no CSM number and it is being sold as such. I've already advised them, the plaque under the hood is a serial number of whom ever assembled the car but I was sure it had something on the plate about a Shelby build / mod center....maybe I was mistaken. If I'm out that way again I'll see if I can get a photo

Steve Actually Steve there was an authorized Shelby mod shop in Florida. It was Tampa Bay Shelby. I found this mod shop to do my car off the shelby website. at the time (May 2006 through Jan 2007) the shelbyautos website had dozens of shops then for some reason it droped to about 3.
