MustangTom
Not sure if this is where to post this, but a friend of mine just told me about this listing: http://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/ctd/2977845660.html Car is advertized as a 2005 Hertz. Apart from the fact that there's no such thing, it's just a black GT with gold stripes.

Jim When something is reported here like this, we try to work as quickly as possible with Shelby in California to take action. As with this an other instances, they act quickly! Thanks for continuing to report issues like these and props to Shelby Calf. for their actions. It's a joint effort to protect the brand
shelbymotorsports
It would also help if the VIN number and photos of the car were posted or sent to the Shelby Registry. The Shelby Registry does maintain a list of clones/replicas/fakes. Steve
David Hawkins
I sent a reply to the guy when this was posted telling Him that I can't believe that a "FLEET MANAGER" would actually think that it was a Shelby and that I might Buy it just so I could sue them for False Advertising. David your computer probably has that page in its cache as the ad was removed yesterday afternoon. If you can copy the pics and post them here, that would be great.
