venom
I have an '08 which is rarely used. I haven't put any products on the seating surfaces or dash as of yet. What's the easiest and safest cleaner/protectant for the dash?
jerseygator
http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-66-adams-leather-interior-conditioner.aspx It's great for the dash. And it smells like leather.
ingram4868
I have never been a fan of protectant cleaners. Ford uses a mix of vinyl and some leather. Unfortunately products that are good for leather can harm vinyl and the reverse is true for applying vinyl products on leather. Mild soap and a well rung damp cloth usually cleanup the messes I come across. On a vert top I have used a product called Aerospace 303 which did very well to protect against UV. jsarkis
I use aerospace 303 to clean and the UV protection, then apply lexol leather conditioner 2xs a year.
dbackg
I really like Griot's leather care spray. http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/leather+care+spray%2C+35+ounces.do?sortby=ourPicks
08ragtop
I like most all of Griots Garage products. Their interior cleaner is very mild. A little too mild for a daily driver that gets trashed. But you aren't looking for something for that kind of car. I have been using their vinyl and rubber dressing with good results on the dash and door panels. Their leather care product is pretty good, I just treated my seats with it the other day. You would be amazed at what you can clean with lighly damp rag. I was taught to use a damp shop rag when I was young working in a service station. Except for some really nasty things the damp rag works best.
