front/rear tire upgrade

Can anyone suggest the best tire configuration upgrade for my 2008 GT? I have purchased a set of Alcoa forged 9"X20 front and 10"X20 rear. Thinking about going Pirelli zero's.

Shelby says they put 255/35/20 front and 275/35/20 rear on shelby cobras.

My questions are: Is Pirelli the best way to go?

Can I go to a 285 or a 295 rear without rubbing or is this width just overkill.

Thanks

I am running 10" Alcoa's with 295/35/20 pilot super sports and have just a tad bit of rubbing on the largest dips. Could not adjust it out with the panhard par so I am going to try 285's

The front's I am runnig 10' Alcoa's with 275/35-20 and they are fine.

I have this exact setup on my 2008. The Pirellis are a very good tire, but are very hard (i.e. spin very easy) but wear very good. I have had no problems with balance or fit. The 285 would probably look better, but at 20 feet you can't tell the difference in the size.
