Another New Yorker......Off the Grid!

Very Cool Video.

I have been researching, planing and dreaming about

Living 'Off the Grid' for decades. I have dozens of sites

'Bookmarked' and visit them often.

He mentions "Alpine" in the video, as his 'Now Big City'

I have not yet 'made the move' to, 'Off the Grid'.

I've come close a few time's recently, and I go to

the Desert and Colorado River often.

I enjoy Both Life styles.

I Love the Energy (and Fall Colors) of New York City.

Boston/Chicago/San Francisco/Seattle are All great.

The 'Lights of Las Vegas', the Weather of So. Cal..

And, I am still, since childhood, very connected to the Ocean

through Boating/Sailing and the Beach.

But I still feel most at Peace in the Desert.

I will Never forget, the trip to Terlingua Texas.

Being there with all the 'High Tech, High Speed Shelby's,

in stark contrast to the 'Vista's and Serenity' of Terlingua.

My 4x4 Adventure through the Desert of Terlingua with my

'Veteran Terlingua Co-Pilot' was a time I will Never Forget.

The sights, history and abundant stories I heard,

of Terlingua and surrounding areas were amazing.

Terlingua is Beautiful and abundant in colors and 'Magic',

Great people and Excellent Food.

Thank you for posting that Link. Great Find.
