The Transformation

I am in the process of doing a significant number of upgrade modifications to my 2010 that I would like to share with the forum. I hope you all enjoy following the progress. A lot of the mods are completed, but the goal is to have everything done before the bash.

This is what the engine bay looked prior to the mods. The Whipple 2.9 and 72lb injectors were installed by Ford prior to delivery.

These were the first mods from last summer. Radiator cover, painted battery cover and shock tower covers, and powder coated coil covers all from Bangastang. The engine caps were from Shelby and the hydro carbon fuse box cover from Leathal Performance. The modification bug has arrived and brought his friends :hysterical:

With all the effort to make it go fast I decided that eventually I will need it to stop lol, so it was time for a little break upgrade. I decided to go with the Shelby Bear extremes.

I also replaced the stock drive shaft with a aluminum Dynotech 3.5in and safety loop, an Shelby 8.8 axle cover, panard bar relocation bracket, Eibach pro S lowering springs and struts, and Eibach sway bars (front and rear).

Lookin good! Just not a fan of the "Supersnake" coil covers if its not a supersnake. Just my opinion. And interesting choice on the red engine bay stuff on the black car. Definitely pops

I went with the red to tie in with some other things that I am doing to the car. Hopefully it all works in the end.

After all the upgrades, I had the car taken in for tuning. Due to the car now being in sunny southern Cali at Bangastangs shop for the next phase of mods, we decided to use Renegade Performance for the tune. During the tuning session Hendrix from Bangastang has a short video made. I was very impressed with it's quality.

I just got the video of the car that was produced in Califirnia before the Bash. I think it came out super and shows the hole setup. Here is a link if you want to see

. I have a few small mods left to do, but for the most part it's complete. Hope you like it as much as I do.

Thanks mi amigo but I only see that they have hoods (I can't see any splitters).........

I can't remember which of the two vendors have the Trucarbon items but I know there is a front splitter offered.

Check both VMP's site and JLT's site. I was going to do the CF exterior treatment early in my ownership before I changed my mind and focused more on performance than looks and I was dealing with one of the two mentioned.

Which ever one it is, he has them listed on his site.

Tu Amigo, Phill
