stpracer43
Was prepping my GT500 with several coats of Zaino's polish for the long drive from FL to AZ this weekend. Trying to keep the bugs from doing any damage! Neighbor stops by for a chat and says best product to use for bug protection is PAM cooking spray.... Anybody know anything about this "home-cooked" remedy? Have plenty of coats of polish on so, not necessarily grasping for straws here. Goal for trip to AZ is NO speeding tickets and no damage to the car (from bugs, flying debri, hail storms, and idiotic, rubber-necking drivers)! Blue Oval
Put some synthetic sealant/wax (something that can be applied in the sun) on it, and don't wipe it off until you get there. That will protect it very well.
Sherri Leicht
some people spray their rear lower quaerter panels and wheels wells with PAM at the track to keep the black crud from the tires and the track from sticking!
