Crushinator
I realize the deep discounts on '12's right now will definitely lower the value of my '11, so I'd like to hear from you guys as to what you think an '11 with 1557 miles, in brand new condition is worth. There are no issues with the car and I do have all the stock parts that were taken off for the few mods I have done. I'm looking to sell everything the way it sits. I actually have it listed on autotrader at $46,999. Too high? Just right? Opinions either good or bad are welcome. Thanks! Obviously the mods are listed in my sig but I also put on the hood struts. It has the SVT Performance package and electronics package. If by chance anyone wanted to make me an offer, my email is nat3157@msn.com. Thanks! C-Ray
I had mine listed for 47,900 with 800 miles on it. Dropped the ad after a couple of months. Had two lookie-loos, but no bites. Decided to keep it until '14's come out. Can't justify taking any less and then paying 60k (?) for the 13. The new motor and some other performance options aren't with that much for as little as I drive it.
IA Shelby
My guess is 43.5K I have an 11 as well. I am keeping mine and will buy a new 2015 or slightly used 13 to go with it in coupe form.
ChrisSD
I bet it would move at $42k. They depreciate about as fast as any other car. I would remove the mods and sell it bone stock. Most people don't like buying modded cars - whether they are going to mod themselves or not.

Crushinator
I think mods take away from the value... I'm seeing them on Ebay for $40k minus now... I would put it all back to stock, I think you'll get more. Crazy how the prices are dropping, I think that going to hurt sales on these going forward.. I've decided never to buy one of these new again... used is the way to go... more $ in the pocket for other toys... Great thinking and that's exactly what I spent the better part of this morning doing. But damn, it seems there's no way to get those scoops off. So instead of messing with them too much and breaking one, I'm just gonna leave them on.
tpenziner
They are not easy to take off... I struggled with them when I sold my 11'... I don't think those take away from the car, it's the engine mod's that hurt you. BTW... I love your car... my favorite color combo... I had 2 Red Shelby's.. I was going to buy a 13', but I decided with the prices dropping so fast to wait another year and buy another 11' or 12' Vert... I got lucky when I sold mine, I got most of my $ back... I'll end up better in the long run by buying another one at 10K less than what I sold my 11' for. I would suggest holding onto it, unless you really have to sell it... Burning Blue Star IV
I've decided never to buy one of these new again... used is the way to go... more $ in the pocket for other toys... Totally agree! Most people don't drive them when they're new and just use them as weekend toys....better for the second owner. I can't see myself buying another one for a long, long while. Just too much cash to lose.
Wayne Grey
It is a great looking car, Probably not a great time to sell - unless someone that you know wants it. Ebay has 17 on (not selling) and had 25 in the completed (none of them sold either).

Sitting in the garage right now with the cover on it and a battery tender hooked up to it.
Crushinator
I ended up selling it for $42,000 today. I wasn't sure about selling it at that price but figured the market would be flooded very soon from guys wanting to unload theirs for the '13 so I took it. So now the wait for the '13 begins!
