dgreseth Posted January 21, 2012 Report Share Posted January 21, 2012 I have a 2008 GT500 that has a terrible rear wheel hop and the 1-2 shift is extremely grabby when it's cold. I already had the transmission removed and new synchros installed when it was pretty new. I drove a 2011 recently and the transmission is a huge improvement. Rev Dennis Posted January 21, 2012 Report Share Posted January 21, 2012 I have never had a manual shift car that was not stiff shifting until it warmed up. It's physics. The fluid is still thick until it warms. Low r's and soft shifts until they warm up or you will take out second gear. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
