per Posted December 5, 2011 Report Share Posted December 5, 2011 Hi I have just bought my Shelby gt500 conv 08,I have a question,I have got two keys with different remotes, one is very big with the key hidden inside,and the other one looks normal. the big unit with the key inside is this to start the car without the key? twobjshelbys Posted December 6, 2011 Report Share Posted December 6, 2011 I suspect one of the keys is not an original Mustang key. Does it look like this? This is a Ford GT "switchblade" key that some people used on the Mustangs although in some cases the key blank itself had to be trimmed a little.
