TS-PCR Pre-Holiday Cruise / San Francisco Bay Area

SVT NAJA

Recommended Posts

Post up if you're interested in a local Team Shelby pre-holiday cruise. Our planned route is a 50 mile run from Saratoga to Half Moon Bay following Hwy 9 to Hwy 35 to Hwy 84 (stopping at Alice's for a short pit stop) down to Hwy 1 and north to the popular Half Moon Bay Brewing Company http://www.hmbbrewingco.com/ at the harbor for lunch. This route has a great variety of curves, twisties, straightaways and elevation changes for spirited cruising. Join us for what might be the last cruise of the season and keep your fingers crossed for fair weather on the 3rd. See you then. Thanks!

Jim

Jim.....

That's the same weekend as the last Goodguys show for the season that a bunch of us plan to attend, weather permitting of course.

Dang, what a bummer......

Who would have thought a scheduling conflict in Novermber....

Have fun sorry I'll miss it. Will be in Maui & Kauai for 2 weeks....

Larry,

I'd rather be in Maui & Kauai for 2 weeks too! Have a great trip and post up some pics when you get back. happy%20feet.gif

And who knows... if we get rained out on the 12th, I'll probably try to reschedule a week later on the 19th or sometime after Thanksgiving.

Aggie,

I actually checked several Forum event sections and didn't see a conflict before picking the 12th. But I wasn't aware Goodguys was having a 4th show in Pleasanton this year... wow.

Jim, post us up to. Checked the schedule and we should be good. If H0050 can go we can cruise up there together. I will send the info to another couple I know with a SGT and they may be getting an 09 500 by then. Brad

No worries, can't expect you to try to plan around everything. Yes, there is three shows for all years, March, June & November. If we weren't going with a group I would go, who knows things could change. I'm still going to pencil it in.

Put me down. Saturdays are good! So far I don't know of any conflicts.

Gabe,

I'll get you posted up and I look forward to seeing you in Saratoga next month.

PS: I hope your recent hose and clamp issue is resolved... That sounded like it had potential disaster written all over it.

Brad,

I'm looking forward to seeing you and Denise (and hearing about your recent trip to Yosemite). Let me know if your friends will be joining us and I'll get them posted up too! See you in Saratoga.

Aggie,

If there's one thing I learned this year... things can and do change. I'm not going to say the "R" word. hysterical.gif

I'll drive the KR.... :shift::shift:happy feet.gif lol

If it's dry, I'll be there.

Brian,

It will be great to see you again, especially behind the wheel of one of Tom's KR's. happy%20feet.gif

I'll get you posted up, and as we get closer to the cruise you can let me know if we'll be meeting that morning at Sun Valley.

I hope to make it. My car is almost back to normal. Got the new front clip on and now need to install the splitter. Obviously not much there, but I am having some other fun issues with the ignition, power cutting out under WOT and a very squeaky suspension. So much so that it is embarrassing to drive. It needs a day at the spa with Jon Griggs. Hoping that happens in about two weeks. By the way, all of this (aside from the front-end damage) is the result of trying to keep up with Tom and his KR at Infineon a few months ago.

Jim,

On second thought... maybe we should have you chase Tom with his other KR! :shift:

I'll post you up, and in the meantime - get your Shelby in for that well deserved spa treatment.
