Rooster
I have a Shelby Gt 500 with the SVT Ford Racing Performance suspension how does that compare with the Boss 302 Torsen helical differential. I hope my Shelby is at least as good as the 302, Or is one better for straight line and the other better for cornering ?

The suspension includes your shocks, springs, struts and sway bars but not the differential. There are several better than stock differentials available for your Shelby and the Torsen is used by many road course racers.

Thank you, I wasn't clear if the Torsen Diff was included in the SVT package, From what your saying it is not but can be? I guess what I want is my Snake to be at least as good suspension wise as a 302 at half the money. With out changing out everything and going to something like Griggs Racing suspension , I could add the Torsen Diff to what I have and be equal to the 302. Thanks again
SVT NAJA
Rooster, Your 2011+ Shelby GT500 SVTPP has decent track manners that (stock for stock) still beats the 2012 Boss 302 LS as shown here. http://www.insidelin...-shoot-out.html In a straight-away, it's no contest for the SC'd GT500. In the twisties of a road course, you have to be on your game to throw the Shelby around the turns. But as shown in the video, it can be done. The torsen would most likely help in those situations... Good luck!
