nick09
i just received my 07 SS 2.5 months ago and the car is nuts but i am having an issue with it going into failsafe mode so i checked the codes and it pulled a p061b code and i know thats a Internal Control Module Torque Calculation problem. When i got my SS from shelby in Vegas they didnt give a KB programmer to maybe re program the PCM, so my question is how do i fix this beast. she wants to run but i dont like driving her when she is not right. and please dont ask me to call or email anyone at shelby, i have tried a hundred times. they have the worst customer service in the world. Thanks for any help

08SUPERSNAKEWY
my 2008 725HP SS went into fail safe mode a couple months ago. my local dealer could not look at it for at least a week. I disconnected my battery for about 15 min. then hooked it back up. my thoughts were if something was still wrong it would trigger it again. I have had no problems since, runs fine. probably not the recommended thing to do but it worked for me. Kevin

nick09
The car is just acting very strange. the rpms will just jump up for no reason(will jump to almost 5000rpm) and then it will go into fail safe mode. the fuel pressure will jump to 50 psi at idle for no reason. it will idle at 1500rpm and all i need to do is touch the throttle a little and then it will go back down to 900rpm where it is perfect. All these problems seem to happen if the car idles for any period of time. thanks for all the help guys i really appreciate it.
