The short throw shifter is one of the more popular mods. Steve Steve, Can you elborate? I asked for the short throw as part of my upgrades and the answer I received was a bit vague. I was told the shifter was still in development...then was told it may be installed but they don't want to delay completion of car. So...is it only availabel through the Mod shop? To date, they have installed 5 shifters in the GT 350 for customers at a cost of $575. They have another 50 shifters on backover. The shifters they are using are Barton. According to Steve, they tested several different shifters and thought the Barton was the best shifter for the GT 350. The one in the video about is a cue ball style. I did not ask Steve which shop installed the shifters but the shifters intalled in the 5 cars are 2011. Roger Hi Roger, I want to get the shelby (Barton) short throw shifter and white gt350 cue ball handle (polished aluminum spacer if needed) for my gt350. This wasnt available when my car was delivered. Get with Jeremy from sales department, because I have a $500.00 credit coming to me because I sold a super snake package last week for you guys.
