I used to be able to make topic's a sticky and also do clean up in this section but for some reason all my moderating permissions in this Pacific NW section have been terminated. Not to side track your observation and question, but I was looking at the membership list and was amazed at what I saw, it's full of bogus members. I guess it must be hard to weed out the riff raff. If one of those jokers gets on and starts posting spam or if some jerk posts porn...I can't even do anything about it. For some reason the moderators on this site are pretty much useless when it comes to permissions. Makes me wonder why they even have moderators. I know the Pacific Coast covers a lot of ground and we need space for us in the NW, like Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and maybe part of Montana. Thanks Grabber for all that you do for us. Michael McGuirk is the director of the Pacific Region, but one man can only do so much especially considering the geography (and his is a volunteer position, so he aint gettin' paid amigo) He would certainly be thrilled to have some warm bodies in both Washington, oregon and the other states within, to step up and act as point persons in assisting with, organizing in events and activities (track days, car shows, picnics, rallys, fundraisers, etc....) What is the first word in the name of this club / forum? TEAM, and that is exactly what it is going to take to get all of these regions to grow and prosper. Therefore, if anyone reading this has the urge, desire, passion,and commitment to volunteer in their area, and help us make this the BEST damn car club in the world, send a PM to McGuirk.
