futoi Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 Hello, I ordered Shelby Hoodpins (black) and had them put on at a bodyshop on my 07 gt. They also painted and installed my new hood while it was done. Once I got it back I noticed one of the Hoodpin base's is black and one is like a gunmetal gray. I looked everywhere online and only found black and stainless ones. They say they didnt paint it. Which I believe because it looks anodized to me. The gunmetal one matchs my stripes on my car perfectly. Is there another company that makes these in Grey? I have no idea whats going on with them. I just want another Grey one to match the other. Any help would be appreciated!!! I am wondering if maybe on original Gt500's if there painted to match the car, and I just got two different ones bye mistake?
