Teenagers & baby's

Recommended Posts

I have to bring up this topic we all have children and reading the news everyday seems and is teenagers killing to often. I have watched debates on this topic how the jails are filling up more with teen killers.

This weeks top teen story is a florida teen lured to his ex's house where they shot stabbed beat and finally burned him to ashes in the back yard with the help of an adult. There is no more hand to hand fights or one on one fighting. Let alone teens killing their parents over doing chores or pistol whipping their parent for the car they want. That incident was do by a high school scholar I can see if it was a failing teen with a bad history. I mean for god sake you have to watch what you say to your kid or just follow his lead not in my life time. But what really amazes me is the balls on these teeny bopper girls they have the biggest balls of all. They have no fear they don't back down to no one which is great if the person was a thug but they love thugs. I'm a pretty big guy these in bad shape but have had run into these female teens and they are rude and act as if the world revolves around them. The sad part of some of these girls is they love the bad boy the real bad boy who is a threat and a dangerous person. It happened about 2 weeks ago pretty blonde living with a thugs in NYC her parents wealthy great back ground. She came to her sense about where she wanted to go and he wanted her at his heels she said no and now she is dead it is seen to often. He had been arrest before for stabbing someone and had other confrontations with the police.

From that topic to worst of all young parents killing or seriuosly putting their baby in harms way its sadden me. Last week I read this story of a stoned druggy with an infant she was so stoned she put her baby in the washer with her clothing. She lives with her mom and her mother commented on the tragedy like it was a doll in the washer. They kill their kills and just pop out another one no big deal.

As a cop its the worst call to go to neglected kids not feed or cleaned properly one time I had a 2yr old that if no one would have ratted me out. I would have taken this kid home as my own. This are future and its damn scarey

I have to say this discussion with my wife about my daughter you can do your best to raise your child but even being on top of them showing them right from wrong. Also respect your elders and the rules. Is no guarntee they will turn out to be a good person. I try to school teens that cross my path and to them its not worth their time to listen.

Take care

Anthony

the day they make kids pray in public school is the day my kid gets sent somewhere else. And before you say well good, she is functioning about 3 grade levels ahead of the average and has tested as in the top 1 percential of all kids in the city and she is in a special advanced program. She is also very well behaved and has never prayed or been in any church other than a wedding when she was 3.

IMHO Praying is not going to make kids any better...

I know what you Mean Racer......... It all started when they took Prayer & Paddling out of Schools and made it a crime to spank your Kids.

+100 on the paddling, David!

I was paddled MANY times as a grade schooler. I graduated 8th grade in 1974? - ish. Can't remember for sure? That's scary! :hysterical:

Anyway, I was paddled FIRST, then my Mom was called, only AFTER I was paddled!! Guess what she told the principal?...................................Well, he probably deserved it! Then when I got home, I was punished seperately there. The rules of engagement have changed drastically since I was a young'n. I shudder to think where we are headed Tony. You are on to something with this here.

I personally do not believe it has anything to do with prayer in school, either. I just think that there are less and less (2) parent homes anymore...and kids are not getting the love and attention they need to keep them on the straight and narrow! I for one, was loved by my single Mom, and got tons of good direction from her. I was very lucky I guess?

I don’t want us to argue against each over praying or not praying. In the back of my brain will always be on guard when my kid gets older. To try and catch the warning signs of her going in the wrong direction. But some parents were totally unaware of what their kid had planned for them. These teens have no fear or respect for life even 11yr olds shoot their mother over homework. Another teen shoots his parents in the head over a video game being taken away. The worst of it he played them and waited till they were unsuspecting of his plan. That's the scary part they take the time out to make a plan. Then after the killing they hangout with their dead parents and order pizza. I do blame the government for starting this horror as it trickled down thru the system hitting. The schools from there to the parents. But in most cases I blame the parents for just handing the child anything they want. They don’t know what it feels like to earn their way. I came from a hard working family where my dad broke his butt to gives us a good home. We were upper class as far as income but we didn't put it out there. My father made sure we earned everything we got from him. Which makes you appreciate what you earned and enjoy it much more. Today parents take a second mortgage on their home so their 17yr old can drive a highend car. Which they don't respect or appreciate what their parents have done to get them that vehicle. The teenager thinks he deserves it and his parents should be happy that he is their child. I have seen this first hand from living on Staten island and my law enforcement background. Winter and summer it is a rare thing to see a teenager cutting the grass or shoveling snow. Parents need to wake up before they don't wake up anymore.

I wished I got the paddle at school !!! I had a sexy female teacher in junior kick the crap out of me then a teacher beat me with a book !!! These days if a teacher sneezes near a student its consider assualt. I use to love going to a domestic call and it would be a brother and sister the sister would say he hit me. So I would say both of you under arrest for calling on each other .

My Grandfather passed away in 1992 at 84 years old. He was my predominant mentor in my life! I looked up to him and really listened to his EVERY word! He didn't speak much, but when he did, you listened. He would always tell me that he was so worried about where things were headed for my generation. One thing I am sure of now at 50 yo myself, is that every generation's older, wiser folks said the same thing. Funny, it's just that the 'bad things' happening in each generation are just relative to the times.

One thing my "Grampy" always said: Remember to touch your spouse ALL THE TIME! Hold her hand. When you walk by her touch her on the bum. Don't forget to kiss her all the time, and tell her she's beautiful. He thought that women were so easy to figure out, and that we (men) were so blind to how easy it actually was!! Well, he was right about that one!!

My point, as I digress.........I took from that in my life, that you need to remember to ALWAYS hug your loved ones Hello and Goodbye. Tell them you love them as often as you are comfortable doing so. As I worked with Special Needs folks these last two years...that's all they really want / need....(hugs)! Sorta proves that kids today aren't getting the love that we ALL so desperately crave and need!?

Moosh over. :hysterical:

What I am saying is I do not want the state imposing any religion on my kid even my own. Freedom is not free and that includes putting up with other peoples religions. Trust me you start praying to God in state schools, your gonna be praying to Vishnu as well and in the end it will be a time suck. Go to a Christian school if you want. But leave my kid out of that mix. I went to catholic school and I do not think there was a correlation between behavior and prayer from what I could see...Ever see the prison tattoos of Jesus and Mary?

Cheers!

+1. I put the blame on our government spendings and the economy. Having both parents working to survive just kills me. Our money should be spent in the U.S. and not in other countries offering help. When was the last time other countries gave us help that cost. I would settle for gas handouts. No, but we can send our troops while risking there lives, spend huge dollar amunts doing it, helping third world countries while our families are struggling to pay for; gas, food, education, taxes, medicare, food and housing for hard core criminals serving life + 2, and so on. Just my 2 cents worth! I am sure that they will find a way to tax me on my 2 cents worth.

LMAO! We must have gone to the same school! :hyesterical2:

My mentor was my grandmother. She was raised during the great depression and was often referred to as the "General." She whooped my ass more than once for one thing or another.

Spare the rod, spoil the child was a favorite motto.

GOD Bless America!

a big +1 to that Racer. I do blame the parents. Spoiling the kids to the bone. I see at my school that a lot of kids drive $35-$40K+ vehicles and it is insane. Another girl I saw on their FB wanted to get a brand new jeep and I suggested to get a used one for $7K, but she was replied with "um no, I do what I want." Spoiled brat and her rich parents. And then criticize the car ecause they got something wrong. You're better off getting a used one. At least one of my other friends (who is also a HUGE Mustang lover) whos family is rich knows that he doesn't want to be spoiled which is good for them. Their deciding to get rid of their Mercedes GL450 for a 2011 Explorer even though they can afford the gas on the GL which I say they should go for. Parts of my family also have money and some do show it and some don't and they too most of them work their @$$e$ off for it. If I were to make a lot of cash, I would walk around wearing clothes like I made $30K a year. I'd just feel so uncomfortable wearing expensive suits and driving BMWs or MBs or something. Heck, if I have to drive around in an MGB I got for cheap as a DD for fuel saving reasons and for fun, or drive a 4 cylinder mustang, count me in! During the winter, I do shovel my neighbor's driveway ever since her daughter died and she has a big driveway that I shovel and I got $10 from her out of it. Work and then you get your reward is my motto and I live by it. My brother calls me a no life because I'm mostly in my room when I'm home and accuses me of things that are sometimes untrue. Well that's a hypocracy when he wants the latest video game and plays it all day and not help out and rather talk to friends on xbox live then lend a hand. He proably would've also got some cash if he have gotten off his butt to help out. I agree, parents need to wake up before they don't do that anymore. With that being said, let's get cookin'!

Also not in all catholic schools but alot The best girl to date was a girl from there they were more wild and more up on the sex. Me and my friends would circle the school to find some bad girls. They would jump in our cars not even knowing us.

My sister went to a catholic high school but guys hated them do to them being snobby and the Nuns would call the cops on you if you tried to pick up a girl. It was so strick that the Nuns would go to the roof of the school with binoculars to catch girls getting to cars and then call their parents. I would go sometimes to pick up my sister which she would cry and run from my car. I would wait around the corner and walk down and see her coming out with her friends once on the front sidewalk. I run back to my car which was the 89 stang with loud flowmasters and rev the engine nice and loud it would freak my sister out. I whip around the corner pop the sidewalk and send kids running my sister would scream leave me alone the Nuns are watching. I going to get in trouble !!! I jump out grab her and her friend throw them in the car do a 3,500 holeshot continue down the side kids diving her and there. I miss the rainy days those poor kids getting soaked from someone hitting the deep water. But the Nuns use to call my mom and tell her some crazy guy in a white vert grabbed your daughter my mom tells its my son and stop spying. The nuns still would punish my sister for being picked up. One time I made believe we were hugging and kissing my sister was screaming they are watching and I dead stop it. When we got home they left a message I called back as my father told do what you must. :hysterical:

:hysterical: Sounded like it was a lot of fun. Yeah I agree that catholic schools and nuns are too strict, and if it was not on school grounds, then why should they be spying on you and your sister? Can't they just understand the true meaning of sibling love? Ugh and hitting you with the ruler must've been bad too. I never went to Catholic school nor do celebrate that religion, but do I think that it is too strict: yes. But I liked the idea that you pranked the nuns though. :hysterical2:

But she was so scarred from catching me with my girlfriends sex was tainted to her. Just picture your 11yrs old and in your cute little catholic uniform and you come and open the den door and there on the sofa is your brother and a lady bobbing for apples. Poor kid she had deer eyes and drops her school bag my girl walks by her smiles but can't say hello :hysterical: The other one is my sister plays with the girls across the street and I play with the girl next door her nick name was Firmys. The houses are close together my sister is playing in the girls den upstairs their window is right across the girl bedroom window. My sister hears my voice looks out the window and see me munching on 2 melons :hysterical:

Staten island NY was like the 60's free love
