erikbuckland
If anyone is in Palm Beach attending the Barrett Jackson auction and knows how much the car sold for, I would appreciate any word. Below is a link to the listing. It was up for auction today! shelbymotorsports
Holy Cow! Barrett Jackson has gone to a Reserve option!!! Look at the WPB list. Well technically they've gone back to reserve auctions but only for select cars/owners. Not just anyone "qualifies" for a reserve auction. Not just anyone "qualifies" for a reserve auction. Steve Yes, I'm watching now. They just explained the rules - BJ has to agree to reserve and they negotiate the reserve. The green Dodge didn't meet reserve. So their first car "failed".
erikbuckland
Looks like the coupe failed the reserve test, but not the convertible. Winner winner chicken dinner. $51,000 final bid (link shows the added fees) http://www.barrett-jackson.com/application/onlinesubmission/lotdetails.aspx?ln=79.1&aid=363&pop=0 with only 100 km, do you drive it or store it? Doc013
Pristine new GT-H, still in the plastic, with 80 miles on it. Saw it today and spoke with the lucky new owner as well. He has an 06 that he does drive
Torch40
The reserve is for cars with an agreed value over 50K. Will any no reserve cars sell over 50K unless it's a charity car? We'll see.
